Waterfalls Complex Beirut, Lebanon Design was performed in Kuwait, legislated and supervised by a local consultant in Lebanon, Al-Dia Consultant Engineers. The consultancy services included study, design, landscape and infrastructure design on a land area of 19,800 M2 located at a 150 meter high hill located in South Beirut. The complex is composed of 8 residential buildings of 10 floors each viewin the panoramic sea front view and three basement parking a green park with waterfalls and gardens, children playgrounds ampitheatre, retail shops building with a luxury health club and spa and semi-covered swimming pool with all facilities. Also it contains a commercial shopping centre. The Buildings are seismic resistant .
