Al-Bader Residential Building Bshamoun, Lebanon
The design was performed in Kuwait, liaised and supervised by local Consultant in Lebanon, Al-Dia Consultant Engineers. The project is located in a very steep land (65%) facing the north mountain side. The panoramic view is located to the west side of the land. The selected concept design allowed each front living room to deviate from the building direction in order to view Beirut City and sea front view. The building is composed of 6 luxurious apartments with one top duplex apartment.
Other features include playground for children, a main ground floor reception hall, a health club, peripheral gardens, and a car parking at Basement-2.
