The project consists of three complexes each with 3 towers of 10 floors each, including residential apartment buildings. car parking, landscape and infrastructure. The project which has been designed by another consultant was subjected to a value engineering workshop by Dar FACE Team before starting
construction. FACE has supervised and managed the construction supervision process.
